Operating from our well located Bristol site, Prompt Transport are proud member shareholders in the established Pallet-Track pallet network, ourselves covering the whole Bristol area. The newest of all networks, founded in 2002, Pallet-Track is now in its 5th operational year and is now 67 member depots strong; currently the UK’s fastest growing pallet network.

Pallet-Track operate complete UK coverage for overnight pallets at competitive rates. Offering as standard 24 and 48hr delivery services complimented by additional options such as booking in facilities, timed deliveries, Am/Pm specific deliveries, Saturday deliveries and tailift vehicles available. All depots operate vehicles ranging from small 3.5 tonne sprinter vans up to 44tonnne artics enabling us to cater for the smallest to the largest of deliveries.

Pallet-Track also operates a highly sophisticated and successful tracking system, ensuring customers can track their pallets from the time they leave the depot to the time of delivery. Pallets are scanned out of the depot and into the main hub, then from the hub to the delivery depot trunk vehicle, then scanned into the depot and from the depot onto the delivery vehicle. POD’s are then available to view online within 24hrs of the delivery being made.
